Documents that our students must submit for Poland Visa:

1. Visa application form filled out online through the e-consulate system or by hand, printed out and signed.

2. 3.5 x 4.5 cm color passport size photograph. Requirements for the photograph:

a. White background, well sharpened and printed on high quality paper,

b. Taken within the last 6 months,

c. The face should cover 70-80% of the photograph, taken from the front, from the top of the head to the top of the shoulders, showing the eyes and face clearly. Items covering the head (hat) and glasses with dark glasses should be removed while having the photo taken.

4. Photocopy of the passport page with personal data and photo and photocopies of visas for Poland or other Schengen countries issued within the last 3 years.

5.Health insurance valid in the territory of the Republic of Poland, covering every day of the planned stay, with a minimum coverage of 30.000 Euro.

6.Certificate of Residence and Other Address showing that your place of residence is within the jurisdiction of the consulate where the visa application is made, as well as a Residence Permit for foreign nationals without Turkish citizenship (must be valid until the planned date of entry into Poland)

7. If the applicant is a student; Photocopy of student ID card / Student Certificate.

9.Acceptance letter from the educational institution in Poland as a result of the application made with Legit Pol

10.Confirmation document of the payment made to the educational institution for the training to be received

11.Diploma from the last graduated school.

12.Document regarding accommodation (confirmation from the inviting company, hotel reservation or lease contract)

13.If you have previously studied abroad for a preparatory or language course, a certificate of completion of the school

14.A signed and stamped current bank account statement for the last three months, which is sufficient to cover the costs of your stay in Poland, or;

If these expenses are covered by the family or the person sponsoring the family: In the name of the person covering the expenses a notarized Letter of Undertaking and a letter from the last three months sufficient to cover the costs of your stay in Poland. current account statement from the bank with wet signature and stamp;
